Paris, 16th of June 2022: iRaiser Group, the European leader in digital fundraising solutions for not-for-profit organisations, has acquired Kentaa, the fundraising expert for peer-to-peer fundraising and crowdfunding in the Netherlands.
The deal was signed on the 8th of June 2022 with the intention of strengthening the position of both companies in Europe. By leveraging each other’s expertise and experience, iRaiser and Kentaa will continue to pursue their common goal of helping not-for-profits raise more funds digitally.

The acquisition of Kentaa fits into iRaiser Group’s strategy to help not-for-profits with powerful digital fundraising solutions to optimise their online fundraising efforts and allow them to focus on what’s really important, their missions.
Kentaa, already operating in BENELUX and Germany, will pursue its development through other countries thanks to the European presence of iRaiser and its 5 local offices across Europe in Paris, London, Milan, Brussels and Copenhagen.
