Eoghan Beecher, Country Manager for the UK and Ireland – iRaiser

Eoghan Beecher iRaiser’s Country Manager for UK & Ireland, having joined in 2021. Eoghan leads iRaiser’s development and expansion UK & Ireland. Having worked in the commercial sector as well as for some of the UK’s largest charities, he specialises in the agile management of digital projects and cutting edge technology, planning and implementing campaigns in the B2C sector, as well as designing and optimising digital engagement strategies.

Alison Firth, Head of Strategic Projects – The Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health (RCPCH)

She is Head of Strategic Projects at the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health (RCPCH), a registered charity and the membership body for paediatricians in the UK and around the world. She’d describe herself as a strategic and adaptable relationship-builder, comfortable with leading matrix project teams of senior staff and medical professionals to consistently deliver on multiple complex projects that are central to the organisational strategy. Having worked in different professional bodies for over ten years she has extensive experience of organising and motivating communities of health professionals to bring about policy change, including leading a community of over 100 volunteers to achieve the #1 spot in a ranking of professional bodies on taking climate change action. In her current role she also oversees a number of corporate social responsibility projects, including work on achieving net zero and addressing equality, diversity and inclusion. Aaron Hearne, Founder – The Liam Charity

Aaron has supported the NSPCC’s Childline service for over ten years through the Liam Charity tribute fund. During his time volunteering for the charity, he has taken up many roles, from supporting national campaigns, being a part of corporate pitches as well as being an active counsellor of the service. Aaron was awarded a lifetime achievement award for his services to Childline in 2017 and is an honorary member of the council for the NSPCC. In his day job, he works with volunteers and has worked in community fundraising teams at some of the UK’s most recognised charities.

Alison Lewis, Product Manager – The Royal Horticultural Society

Ali is a Product Manager at the Royal Horticultural Society focusing on engaging and supporting community gardeners, youth groups and schools through digital products. Ali was previously at Shelter, working to enable high value and community fundraising through online tools and marketing launching products such as The Shelter Book Club.

Carla McLuskie, Senior Partnerships Manager – iRaiser

Carla McLuskie iRaiser’s Senior Partnerships Manager, joined the team earlier this year, when she returned to the UK after spending the last decade in Ireland. Carla is an award winning fundraiser and a digital fundraising expert. Prior to moving back to the UK and joining iRaiser Carla spearheaded the fundraising for Autism Assistance Dogs Ireland (AADI), was a Director of PayPal Giving Fund Ireland and the Chair of CII’s Digital Forum. Carla is most renowned for the rapid growth of revenue she achieved at AADI through harnessing the power of digital technology to support all areas of fundraising and in particular Community and Events fundraising.

Marja Möller, Marketing Lead – Kene Partners

Marja is a digital marketing expert, with a focus on growth marketing and innovation. She is a true digital native who is excited by the concept of digital minimalism and is always looking for ways to create more effective marketing campaigns. Her efforts have resulted in several award-winning omnichannel campaigns and have earned her recognition as one of the 25 Outstanding Young Fundraisers in the UK.

Marja specialises in paid social and contextual advertising and has extensive experience in the tech for good and charity industries. In addition, she has a talent for optimising creative operations and paid media, and is a proud member of the Spotify Soundboard.

Osh Rice, Managing Director – Daydot

Osh is a digital marketing leader passionate about insights & data-driven growth – placing lean experimentation front and centre. At Daydot, he has helped brands as diverse as Wall Street Journal, RSPB and Zipcar to optimise customer experience across the entire journey through testing, experimentation and research-led validation. This has led to measurable growth across acquisition, in-life engagement and churn prevention.
