The challenges

Before 2024, ISF Cambodia had no digital fundraising activity in place and relied exclusively on offline donors and grants. As a small team with no digital specialist, the challenge was twofold:

  • Launching digital campaigns from scratch.

  • Streamlining operations to reduce manual work.

Coming from a traditional, offline fundraising model, the team needed a flexible solution that could support rapid campaign deployment, international giving, and seamless integration with their CRM and email marketing tools.

With ISF registered in multiple countries, the organisation also required a platform that could handle multicurrency donations, with the ability to link different Stripe accounts depending on the country of origin.

How ISF Cambodia launched their online giving strategy with iRaiser

When ISF began using iRaiser in 2024, they had no online recurring donors. Thanks to the platform’s intuitive interface and campaign-ready tools, they were able to launch their first recurring giving initiatives, resulting in the successful recruitment of monthly online donors.

Thanks to the integration of Apple Pay and Google Pay, ISF Cambodia donors now enjoy a fast and intuitive giving experience. These modern payment options were previously unavailable and are gradually being adopted by donors.

With no in-house tech specialist and limited resources, ISF Cambodia needed a fundraising solution they could manage independently. The team was able to:

  • Create and update donation forms in just a few minutes, without relying on developers.

  • Easily track donations and recurring gifts, and monitor performance across campaigns.
