Connect your organisation to Stripe
iRaiser Payment System (IPS) is powered by Stripe, a globally trusted payment infrastructure. Follow the steps below to activate or update your account and start collecting donations securely.
ℹ️You received an email from iRaiser: “iRaiser Payment System - Onboarding link“ or “[Action required] Update your information to continue processing payments with iRaiser”. The link opens a page branded by Stripe, as iRaiser uses Stripe for payment processing. This is expected behaviour, you are in the right place. If you have any concerns, contact iRaiser support before entering any information.

✉️ Enter your email address
This is the email that will be permanently linked to your Stripe account. If possible, use a generic email address from your organisation (e.g. contact@org.com).
📱 Add a mobile phone number
Stripe uses two-step verification to keep your account secure. You will need an active mobile number for SMS verification each time you log in.
🔢 Confirm your phone number
Enter the 6-digit code sent via SMS to the phone number you registered in the previous step.

Add the relevant information regarding your organisation. You might be asked to provide:
📄 Business verification document
Siren register extract, Status, Extract from the Official Gazette, Receipt of Declaration of creation of the association
✓ Full company legal entity name — matching what's on the form
✓ Tax ID from the local tax authority — matching what's on the form
✓ Company address — matching what's on the form

👨💼 About Your Legal Representative
You must add details about the person who legally represents the organisation. If that's not you, ask the representative to provide their details to complete signup.
Who is the representative?
For non-profits, this is the person with authority over the organisation — in most cases, the president. This differs from a company director.
📄 Identity document
Passport, Driving licence, ID card
✓ Full legal name — matching what's on the form
✓ Date of birth — matching what's on the form
✓ Photo of the person (except where exclusions apply)

Utility bill (<6 months old), Taxation notice (<12 months old), Home insurance proof (<6 months old)

Common pending actions
After submitting, Stripe may ask you to complete one or more of the following:
Complete director or owner information
Stripe may request additional details about a director or Board member. Reach out to the relevant person to gather this information.
Provide additional documentation
Stripe may request identity documents, proof of address, or business registration documents to complete verification.

First time identifying?
Stripe may ask you additional questions to check if you are part of this organisation and legitimate in accessing this Stripe form.
❓ Extra security question
As it is your first time connecting to this account, extra security questions may be asked. These questions are to check that you are legitimate and part of the organisation.
You might need to contact your accounting team or your representative — questions about previous payouts or about your representative may be asked.
You can now submit your update
Review and complete the forms presented. Stripe will guide you through the specific fields that need updating. You can also edit non-required fields at this stage.
Check the summary page to confirm all fields are complete. If any remain outstanding or pending verification, they'll be highlighted for you to address.
